• Upload malicious files, or submit false, fraudulent, or impersonating information through our forms.
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including through excessive automated requests.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and the underlying design — is owned by Greenify or used under license, unless stated otherwise. This includes the MeterSync name and logo, a brand owned and operated by Greenify. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission, beyond normal personal, non-commercial use of the Site.

Product and service information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Specifications, pricing, and availability are confirmed at the time of a formal quote or agreement, and may differ from what's described here.

The Site links to third-party sites we don't control — for example, Kamstrup, meter-sync.com, and our social media profiles. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites, and linking to them doesn't imply our endorsement.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenify isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited under Indian law.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through our contact form or job application form. Submitting a form doesn't guarantee a response within any particular time, or any particular outcome for a job application.

The staff monitoring portal (/monitor, /login) is restricted to authorized Greenify personnel. Attempting to access it without authorization is a violation of these Terms and may be reported as required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
