About the Role

Drive Greenify's EV charging infrastructure business across Western India. You will identify and close opportunities with real estate developers, fleet operators, malls, corporate campuses, and highway operators for AC and DC charging station deployments. This role combines technical consultancy with strategic business development for OCPP-compliant 3.3kW to 240kW charger solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow EV charging revenue in Western India
  • Identify and qualify leads from real estate developers, fleet operators, malls, and highway authorities
  • Present technical solutions covering AC chargers (3.3kW-22kW) and DC fast chargers (30kW-240kW)
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, RFPs, and contracts
  • Build relationships with EV OEMs, charge point operators (CPOs), and government bodies
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM
  • Represent Greenify at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor landscape, pricing trends, and policy changes

Requirements

  • MBA or B.Tech with 4-7 years in B2B sales or business development
  • At least 2 years in EV charging, renewable energy, or electrical infrastructure sectors
  • Strong understanding of EV charging standards (CCS, CHAdeMO, OCPP 1.6/2.0)
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals worth INR 50L+ annually
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Willingness to travel across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Rajasthan

Nice to Have

  • Existing network in real estate, fleet management, or fuel retail sectors
  • Knowledge of FAME II, state EV policies, and DISCOM regulations for EV charging
  • Experience with CPO/eMSP business models
  • Technical understanding of electrical infrastructure and load management
